Update....

Today is July 13 and Reagan starts school August 14. WOW. I can't believe summer is almost over...even being as long as it has felt. It's a good thing I've started the kids back to school clothes shopping. Even Walmart has had their school supply lists available for over a week now. It's amazing how much Elmers glue a kindergartener needs. (4 8oz bottle...hmmmm)

The girls had an awesome time at MiMi and Papa's house with McKinley concluding that she wants to go live with them now. They spent time with Lydia, Michael and Brody and of course that was their second most favorite part with their first being taking a bath at MiMi's. They were sad to have to return home. At least they got to take somewhat of a vacation this summer.

The next couple of weeks are pretty busy for the girls. Starting tomorrow Reagan is taking a week long sports camp at the YMCA. She is very excited about this. They get to learn 4 or 5 sports with their rules and all. Should make fall soccer much easier for her to understand. Then this weekend is Bagel Fest. Not really sure what this entails but I think we are obligated to walk in the parade and pass out info for MOPS. (Lender's bagels are made in our little town..hence 'Bagel Fest') Then next Sunday the girls start VBS at our church. I can't ever recall a Catholic church having VBS when I was growing up but the girls are very much looking forward to this. Then the following week Reagan has her kindergarten physical (read: shots), eye exam and we have to get her new cleats for soccer which starts shortly thereafter. Then August 14 it's the BIG day...FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN!! McKinley, who is 3, has been asked if she wanted to join the 4 year old preschool class at her school, so she will be going to preschool 3 days/week. What will I do with all my free time this fall????? Anyways as far as I'm concerned the next month should fly right by.

As for McKinley and dance. UGH. She transfered from dance back to gymnastics. She just didn't like it too much. She cried every time we mentioned it. I think she is just so 'made for' gymanstics where dance it was pretty difficult for her. (you know, being as cordinated as her mommy) But all is well in gymnastics.

Bill, Rosanne, Sue and Dave: You'll be happy to know that Erich has spent the whole 7 days of his vacation cleaning out our big garage behind the house. We will send photos. Can you believe he actually did it???

So that's about all that's happening. I'll post some pix in the next couple days just for fun!!
