Who says building a gingerbread house is easy?? They make it look so dang simple on TV. Well as you can see for yourself the girls and I did not have much luck! We just got stared decorating the roof and then it caved in. Try as I might, I could not get it to go back together. In the end all turned out well as the kids said, "That's ok mommy. We'll just eat the candy!" I guess that's what it was all about for them, to begin with anyways. Oh well, maybe next year.
